Internet Cyclone boosts the speed of your Internet connection. It is a small tool that allows you to change a lot of network settings in order to optimize your Internet connection. The program supports all the popular connection types, such as: ISDN, Cable, LAN, DSL, etc. Also, it runs well on all Windows versions, including Windows 8.
The developers of Internet Cyclone claim that their software is able to increase the connection speed up to 200%. I tested the program under Windows 7, but I hardly noticed a difference in the connection performance. Moreover, I didn't like that much its graphical user-interface. It consists of a single window that displays practically all the program settings and features. It cannot be resized nor customized in any way.
The program displays various categories of settings that will be automatically applied whenever you select them. You can choose from three automatic customization methods, but also you can manually make the necessary settings. Extra settings like ComBuffer and VCache optimization are available only in the full version of Internet Cyclone. The same goes for enabling or disabling options like SlowNet, SACK, Max DupAcks, etc.
I think Internet Cyclone is quite pricey for what it has to offer. It’s up to you whether you will give it a shot or not.
